“I feel that singing is an interpretation of your soul. I have always used singing as a form of self-expression and therefore have never wanted to sing in front of anyone else, with the fear that my raw expression would be judged or criticised. I can, however, hear when I am off key (which used to happen a lot!) and wanted to improve my singing ability and techniques. I knew the only way to do this was through vocal lessons.

My first lesson with Heather was FANTASTIC. She automatically made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Her down-to-earth, approachable personality eased my nerves and I felt calm within minutes. Starting with great warm up exercises we were into the lesson straight away. Heather’s vocal understanding and knowledge is evident from the get go. She is not only clear and concise when explaining techniques, but she can do everything she is asking you to do, so you get a visual demonstration. "My name is Terry Kea, and I have known Heather since 1994. I met her at Massey High School and she became my vocal coach and helped me develop and find my singing voice.
